HolaRing is a service of MTIRA LLC, Florida ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through holaring.com and our phone lines.

Calls to our phone lines

Calls to our demo line and to lines we operate for our clients are answered by an AI assistant. Callers are told at the start of the call that it is recorded. We collect the call recording, a transcript, the caller's phone number and any details the caller shares, such as name, business name and the reason for the call.

How we use information

We use this information to answer and route calls, schedule appointments, send call summaries to the business the caller contacted, and improve our service. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to process calls, schedule appointments and send email. They process information on our behalf only to provide these services.

Text messages and calls

We do not send marketing text messages or automated marketing calls. If you book a call with us, we may call you at the number you provided.

Retention

We keep call records only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information.
